Das stimmt. Allerdings hatte sich Liara nach dem Vorfall mit der Normandy auf den Weg gemacht Shepard oder das was von ihm noch übrig war zu suchen. (Habe auch nur den ersten Comic gelesen).

Nachdem die Kollektoren die Normandy zerstört haben. Hat der ShadowBroker einen Auftrag von den Kollektoren bekommen, die Überreste von Commander Shepard zu besorgen. Liara macht sich auf eigener Suche nach Commander Shepard, wird aber von Cerebus angeheuert Shepard dennen zu übergeben. Was sie auch macht.

Earlier on this week when BioWare announced the upcoming Mass Effect 2 DLC involving Liara, Lair of the Shadow Broker, a few of the observant commenters noticed that Shepard and his fearless crew were donning new weapons.

Naturally, one would assume that those weapons were going to feature as part of the Shadow Broker DLC, well, according to BioWare's Senior Product Manager, Jarrett Lee, they're part of another piece of DLC that will release before Lair of the Shadow Broker.

"Some of the new guns you are seeing in those screens are not in the Lair of the Shadow Broker pack," said Lee on the BioWare forums, "They are in fact part of a different pack that will be released prior to Lair of the Shadowbroker - more details coming very soon."

"While this was simply intended to tease them I can see how it could be misleading, so I must apologize for that," he continued.

What can we expect from Lair of the Shadow Broker then? Well, Lee was quick to comment on that.

"Lair of the Shadow Broker does, however, contain some *really* cool stuff we haven't revealed yet so stay tuned for more details as we head into August," he noted. "And actually the very coolest part of the DLC (imho) will be something we absolutely won't reveal in the marketing or PR, to avoid spoiling it. I think most of you will find it to be our most satisfying DLC release yet for ME2."

What's that? BioWare aren't revealing all their secrets before the DLC releases? Well, that certainly makes a change to any of the Mass Effect 2 related pre-release promotional work to date.

Regardless, more Mass Effect 2 DLC is welcomed, right? I mean, you can never have too many weapons.
