Zumal der ganze Kram ja nur mit einer Goldmitgliedschaft und oft noch plus zusätzlichem Abo richtig nutzbar ist.
Da ich schon ersteres nicht mehr mitbringe hat sich das für mich so oder so erledigt.
Ansonsten ist jetzt aber auch nichts dabei was ich jetzt unbedingt mit meiner Xbox nutzen will, also kann ich den "Verlust" auch gut verschmerzen.

irgendwer ne ahnung was das gerade für ein update war?

Report: Xbox 360 Dashboard Update Coming in August

Microsoft is preparing to launch a dashboard update for Xbox 360 this summer, according to reports.

Apparently, the update will go into public beta in late June or early July, with the changes designed in preparation for the arrival of the next Xbox.

The tweaks being issues for the dashboard don’t sound too exciting just yet, as the report details just smaller Live Tiles and the ability to swap between darker or lighter themes.

By the sounds of it the most interesting changes will go on behind the scenes, as Microsoft works to ensure that users across both the current and next-gen Xbox consoles will be able to communicate using messages, beacons and the like.

The previously rumoured phasing out of Microsoft Points will also kick in with the update, which all being well will launch this August.

Queue the “smaller tiles means more ads” comments.

Nach dem neusten Update wurde wie bereits angekundigt meine
Points in Euro umgewandelt aber jetzt kann ich nichts mehr damit einkaufen?!
Wenn ich die Zahlungsmethode auswählen will steht oben mein Guthaben aber es ist noch grau hinterlegt
und ich kann es nicht auswählen. Hat jemand von Euch das selbe Problem?

ist das Guthaben bei dir schon gewandelt worden ?

da könnte sonst das problem liegen

zumindest sollte für alle nun das Update Live sein

Nach einem der ersten Betaupdates meldet die Xbox mein Profil ab sobald ich ein Spiel/App starte oder zurück ins Dashboard gehe. Der Xbox Ambassador Typ im Xbox.com Beta Forum meint "das liegt an Eurem Router oder der Verbidung", schon komisch das es vorher ging und alle Beta Leute das Problem bekommen haben. Manche haben das Profil neu runtergeladen und es ging wieder, es gibt/gab aber auch den Bug das sich das Profil nicht von XBL runterladen ließ, ergo immer rausfliegen oder garnicht zocken können.

Mal sehen ob das nachher in der Final geht, ansonsten rufe ich MS an!

schon von beginn an als er das erste beta update geladen hatte,braucht die konsole jetzt im schnitt über 20 sekunden um sich anzumelden.gelegentlich auch mal 30,aber nie unter 20.
ist ein bißchen lang finde ich.vorher war die anmeldung im 8 sekunden bereich.

Anmelden in 8 Sek? Das hat bei mir noch nie geklappt...

und das mit einem speed von ca. 3000-3400.
schnelleren download bekommt er nicht da wo er wohnt.

8 Sek.?? Ich kann bei mir noch mein Wohnzimmer streichen bis ich angemeldet bin!!

Seit dem Dashboard-Update im Herbst 2012 dauert die Anmeldung extrem lange.
20 -30 sek. sind völlig normal.
Nach dem aktuellen Update hat sich die Anmeldezeit (bei mir) nicht verändert.

vorher war es ein zeitfenster von 5-12 sekunden.im schnitt waren es aber 8.
gibt ja schlimmeres,aber schon irgendwie seltsam.

Wow, 8 sec. mit dem Dashboard vom Herbst 2012....das war ja traumhaft.

Na dann sag ich mal willkommen im Club der 30 Sekunden.
Wir kennen das schon seit einem Jahr.

Falls irgendwer bei Xbox 360 das Problem hat das sein Profil abgemeldet wird sobald er ein Spiel/App startet oder zum Xbox Dashboard zurück geht, hier ist die Lösung!

1. Go to http://account.live.com/

2. after logging in scroll down a little and then click "edit Security Informations".

3. enter the Code that they send to the email or cell phone that you entered as a contact medium

4. check if you entered a phone number, if yes and there is still the word "confirm" below, do that!

5. check if you entered an alternative email, check if you have to confirm that as well. If there is no "confirm" word below, then its already confirmed.

6. DONT DO ANYTHING ELSE on that page and close it.

go to your Xbox now.

1. Logout your profile if it isnt already

2. Go to your Harddrive, select your Profile and delete it: ONLY PROFILE!

3. Go back to the screen where you can choose cloud or Harddrive. Click Y on Harddrive

4. Choose to delete System Cache

5. When its done, open the Guide with your Guide Button and select "Download Profile".

6. Enter your Email and Password and download your Gamertag.

7. When its done it displays the Gamercard and the option to save the password, check this.

8. Hit ok, now you will miss your Dashboardbackground, that can be chosen again from your Backgrounds.

9. Check to start a game and go back to Dashboard, worked for me.
