While we were playing Kameo, they had us press the Guide button on the center of the controller , which pauses the game and brings up the Xbox Live menu. From here you can select your in-game music. It gives you a list to choose where your music is located (Hard Drive, Memory Unit, etc). Plugging in the iPod nano, it shows up on the list.
