Unless he is in a secret moonbase, at which it would take 1 minute for the radiowaves which contain his worldwide peace message to reach us! Counting of course the efficency of the conductive materials in the sattelite antennae's which actually differ depending on if the message reaches a russian or american sattelite first!
Which in turn will affect the final recievement time, since obviously russian satellite antennae's have about a 0.0015% higher delay between the time the onboard chip recieves the message and relays it further! Which would equal about 2100 nanoseconds, which of course as well has to be put into the equation!
However!! The secretive ways of the US and A, as well as Che's mysterious unrevealed past, has given rise to some worrying speculations about his previous affiliation with CIA, more specifically, the task force designated UBM-6, which as im sure you all know worked very closely with the good fellas in Roswell during the 1950's.
The obvious alien moonbase below the surface of the moon is a perfect hideout for this psychotic man due to his maladaptive behavior on these forums, leading to many threats on his life.. A sad story it is.
Indeed, as you all know, if Che is in fact in that underground base, we have to consider the density of the moon (3,346.4 kg/m3) since the signals have to pass trough most of the northern hemisphere of the moon. Which in later studies has appeared to have a 0.01% higher ratio of dark dust! Which obviously changes the entire physical properties of that region, with the darker dust absorbing more light/heat changing the mean teperature of 130 K, in those specific areas, by as much as 0.3 K!!
Obviously, we have to consider the materials of the alien sub-surface base as well! Since the antennae is surely to be situated within the base itself rather than outside, due to the extra conductivity of the electromagnetic shield generated by such a sick twisted mind as that of Che, (with a hypercharge explained by Y=2(Q-Iz) ).
However one must note!! Electric charge is a characteristic of some subatomic particles, and is quantized when expressed as a multiple of the elementary charge! This means that we must examine the very subatomic particles around Che's head in order to determine the exact time of the announcement!
So in essence, since electrons have a charge of -1, while protons have the opposite charge of +1, one must determine the ratio of electrons vs protons in the atoms in Che's minds electormagnetic field.
Obviously, quarks have a fractional charge of 1/3 or +2/3. The antiparticle equivalents of these actually have the opposite charge! This means that we Must also, determine the ammount of quarks (not to be confused with the term "free quarks") in Che's trichotillomania disturbed mind.
One Must be sure to note however, that a lowly individual suffering from Trichotillomania, has a Higher than average electrical current between the axons and neurons, which of course in turn affect the entire magnetic field around his brain, hence the distribution of quarks, electrons and protons!!
This is all very basic stuff in leymans terms, but as you all can clearly see from this example, the precise time at which Che will announce his message is
